SWHC Mental Health Facillity
In 2025, South West Healthcare (SWHC) undertook a major redevelopment of its mental health facilities to improve, expand, and modernise care in the region. The primary projects included the significant construction of a new community facility in Hamilton.
Melville Oval
2023–2025 Melville Oval facilities were redeveloped in Hamilton, focused on transforming the precinct into a modern community and sporting hub. This included constructing a new pavilion, installing two new netball courts with competition lighting, and refurbishing the Edwardian-era heritage grandstand to provide improved change rooms and amenities
Stawell Toyota Redevelopment
Stawell Toyota underwent a significant redevelopment to upgrade its aging site into a modern, state-of-the-art facility. The renovation, driven by the Taylor family, focuses on enhancing the customer experience with a new showroom for displaying cars, aiming to expand business capacity and support the local community.
